Promotion Duration:
Valid from October 20 to 24, 2025.
Discounts:
Discounts of up to 35% on select spa treatments.
Discounts cannot be combined with other current promotions.
Restrictions:
Not eligible for extension or renewal after the promotion ends.
Treatments purchased under the promotion cannot be exchanged for other services.
Voucher Validity:
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, it expires and cannot be used.
Advance Booking:
All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend that you book in advance to ensure your desired time slot.
Arrival and Punctuality:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out the evaluation form.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
Please let us know as far in advance as possible if you are unable to attend your treatment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.
In case of no-show without prior notice, the total cost of the reserved treatment will be charged and debited directly to your room (when applicable).
